Job Description:

Our client seeks a Program Manager to lead email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging initiatives. As the subject matter expert, you'll own client relationships, strategy, and project roadmaps—driving retention, growth, and long-term success across industries.

You will be responsible for writing strategic plans and recommendations, aligning with your clients on program scope and content calendars, and then working closely with internal teams to initiate and deliver your program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
• Develop and optimize strategic plans, roadmaps, and content calendars while aligning with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch and deliver program requirements.
• Analyze performance data, provide insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Document client brand guidelines, processes, and deliverables.
• Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
• Promote client advocacy through case studies, interviews, reviews, and referrals.

• Client-focused, relationship-driven, and a trusted advisor.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Comfortable bridging technical and creative needs between clients and internal teams.
• Motivated to drive measurable success, renewals, and program growth.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in email or lifecycle marketing, either brand-side or agency/MarTech.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs, marketing automation, or CDPs.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong multitasking and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating with remote/global teams.
