Summary
Program Manager, Divisional Portfolio
Location: United States (Hybrid)
Travel: 10-20%
The Program Manager, Divisional Portfolio serves as a strategic business partner within the Stationary Metrology Division and is responsible for establishing visibility, governance, prioritization, and execution discipline across the division''s portfolio of strategic initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Revenue & Business Operations, this individual contributor role functions as the central point of coordination for divisional programs spanning product development, commercial transformation, digital initiatives, cost optimization, partner enablement, and organizational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will not only manage programs but will also help shape how the division evaluates, prioritizes, governs, and executes strategic initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of portfolio management expertise, executive communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes across a highly matrixed global organization.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating executive portfolio reviews, developing governance frameworks, analyzing resource constraints, and leading complex cross-functional projects from inception through execution.
