About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager Contractor to join our client's team in the technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to overseeing and coordinating various aspects of project execution to ensure successful delivery, developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product ownership or management within financial services, client onboarding, or customer relationship systems.
• 6-9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Advanced understanding of Product Management and Design Thinking principles.
• Experience with generative AI (LLMs) and MLOps practices.
• Experience partnering with risk, legal/compliance, privacy, and information security.
