About the Opportunity:

The Program Manager in the Project Management Center of Excellence will be responsible for consistently managing a growing roster of the most complex, cross-functional projects required to drive business growth, profitability, and enhance marketplace reputation.

The successful Program Manager will manage cross-functional, cross-disciplinary initiatives that require professional project management support thereby freeing up functional resources from project management activities.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager contractor to lead multiple complex Data Migration and Salesforce transformation workstreams that are part of a larger Salesforce Transformation Program. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, QA, and functional business leaders to drive end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in large-scale data migrations and deep familiarity with Salesforce platforms and data models. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, technical fluency in data architecture and migration, and the ability to manage complex, multi-phase delivery programs.

3 Workstream Responsibilities:

  • Data Model Strategy & Architecture - Design of the core Salesforce object model and platform structure. Design how the new object model will integrate with the organization's existing data model. These decisions drive integration design, downstream data impacts, and reporting changes.
  • Data Migration - Defines what data moves and how (one-time and ongoing). Responsible for legacy system data hydration, management and reconciliation.
  • Analytics & Reporting - Financial data delivery in Salesforce and financial reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Lead, Engineering Lead, Data Lead, Functional Business Owners, and QA Lead to align on scope, priorities, and delivery execution.
  • Define and drive Data Model Strategy & Architecture, including design of the core Salesforce object model and integration with the organization's existing data model.
  • Lead Legacy to New Data Mapping and Transformation, including ID mapping and entity mapping logic definition.
  • Oversee Data Migration strategy and execution, including one-time and ongoing data movement, legacy data hydration, data management, and reconciliation.
  • Assess Downstream Systems Impact and define design approaches to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  • Guide implementation of ID mapping and entity mapping logic.
  • Drive development of Data Pipelines and Reverse ETL processes.
  • Lead migration of downstream business logic and reconciliation into the AMK Data Platform (Phase 2).
  • Oversee database retirement activities (Phase 3).
  • Ensure Salesforce serves as the primary delivery platform for data flowing both into and out of the organization.
  • Lead Analytics & Reporting transformation, including financial data delivery within Salesforce.
  • Recreate standard reports, rebuild CRMA dashboards, and transition all existing BI and analytics reporting to the new Salesforce object model.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the wealth management and financial services industries
  • Bachelor's or master's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum ten years of extensive experience in a complex, project-intensive corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to align project initiatives with organizational strategies for growth and scalability.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification (certifications may be exempted by leadership based on extensive post-education project management experience).
  • Experience working and aligning with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, customers, and senior business leaders within business line, user experience, technology, operations, risk management, legal, compliance, and other key partner areas.
  • Prior experience successfully delivering change in a complex environment while managing competing priorities and delivering projects.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, high-performance, and decentralized environment.
  • Highly skilled communicator, both written and oral. Able to communicate at many levels of the organization, clearly and impactfully sharing thoughts, ideas, and concerns. Recognized by colleagues and cross-functional collaborators for strengths in this area, leading to positive outcomes for supported initiatives.
