About the RoleESI’s InDemand division is hiring a results-driven Program Manager to lead business development and grow our contingent staffing program across Arizona. You’ll own the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and account growth — and partner with recruiters to deliver workforce solutions that make a real difference for our K–12 clients.

What You’ll Do- Drive new business: identify, prospect, and close new K–12 clients across Arizona through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person meetings
- Grow existing accounts: deepen relationships with decision-makers and expand requisition volume within your book of business
- Own the sales cycle: lead discovery meetings, presentations, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Manage your pipeline: keep CRM and ATS data current; forecast accurately; report on pipeline health, requisition volume, fill rate, and client retention
- Respond to RFPs: research applicable Requests for Proposals and lead timely, competitive responses in coordination with other Program Managers and Leadership
- Partner with recruiting: translate client needs into clear job orders and collaborate with Recruiter(s) to deliver quality fills on time
- Lead and coach: supervise and develop the Recruiter(s) supporting InDemand
- Stay market-smart: track staffing trends, workforce challenges, and opportunities in Arizona’s K–12 market
What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days - You know our services, pricing, and value proposition cold, and can articulate them in front of a superintendent, principal, or HR director
- You’ve mapped your target account list, built an active pipeline in the CRM, and are consistently hitting weekly outreach and meeting targets
- You’ve secured your first new-client requisitions and built a working rhythm with the recruiting team to fill them
What You’ll Bring — Required- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in business development, staffing, account management, or consultative sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Proven success generating new business and closing new accounts
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfort with in-person, phone, email, and video communication with all levels of stakeholders
- Experience supervising or coaching recruiters or sales staff
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check
- Must be local to the Phoenix metropolitan area
- Business-professional attire for client-facing meetings; casual in-office otherwise
Nice to Have- Experience selling into K–12 education or the public sector in Arizona
- Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, FreshSales) and ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Ceipal, or comparable)
- Experience responding to RFPs in a staffing or professional services environment

Location & TravelPosition is based in-office at ESI’s Scottsdale, AZ headquarters, with eligibility for a hybrid arrangement after a successful training period. Regular in-person client meetings and on-site presence are expected.Expected travel is approximately 40–60% local (Phoenix metro area) and up to 10% regional (Arizona, outside of Phoenix metro area). Occasional national travel may be required for conferences or business development. Actual travel will vary based on business needs and pipeline activity.
