Should have minimum 10+ years of extensive experience in managing program end-to-end, coordinate with stakeholder, drive prioritization discussions.
Should have experience in program lifecycle and delivery models, intake/governance frameworks
Should have completed PMP certification
Should have experience and confidence in alignment between business demand, resource capacity, and delivery priorities while working closely with stakeholders
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
