Position Description

What You’ll DoStrategic Leadership Develop and manage long-term client strategies within your assigned sub-program. Ensure sub-program profitability, growth, and client retention while supporting business development and proposal activities.


Program Delivery Coordinate execution across all projects within your sub-program, tracking KPIs for cost, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction. Implement standardized execution strategies and reporting while directly leading projects with high billable work percentage.


Quality & Safety Ensure projects adhere to QA/QC and safety standards. Facilitate regular performance reviews and lessons learned while promoting proactive approaches to safety and quality in design and construction.


Commercial Excellence Oversee scope alignment between projects and client contracts. Manage change control at the sub-program level for commercial protection and support PMs in developing robust project scopes and baselines.


Team Development Support resource alignment across the sub-program. Mentor Project Leads, support career development, and provide input on performance reviews and staff development within your team.


What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or comparable work experience

• Experience: At least 7 years of related engineering experience

• Leadership: 5-10 years of Project Leader experience required

• Skills: Proven supervisory capabilities with ability to coordinate multiple project managers

• Client Focus: Exceptional relationship skills with focus on trust-building and service excellence

• Technical: Solid understanding of engineering processes, design theory, and project controls



Essential Requirements

• Strong business development and negotiation abilities

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills across all stakeholder levels

• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments

• High degree of initiative, confidence, and commitment to quality outcomes

• Professional Engineering license preferred

• Valid driver license
