Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and program implementation to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the healthcare or social services sector dealing with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in family care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
