Lead and manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneously, spanning various geographies and functional areas (product, engineering, business).
Drive strategic alignment across all program stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution and achievement of organizational goals.
Oversee cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a shared understanding of program objectives.
Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication plans to ensure program health and progress.
Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Problem Solving & Decision Making:
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex program challenges.
Demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities, even under pressure, to ensure timely and effective program progression.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization of program processes.
