Description
• Execute multiple programs in alignment with contract requirements
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
* Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives
* Serve as the primary interface with customers throughout the program lifecycle
* Coordinate communication across internal engineering, manufacturing, and support teams
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and procedures
* Manage and control program budgets including labor, materials, travel, and subcontracted services
* Lead and motivate cross‑functional project teams
* Monitor customer activity and proactively resolve issues
* Maintain close customer communication during execution and post‑delivery
* Support timely and accurate program closeout and documentation
* Identify opportunities for scope growth and follow‑on work

Profile
A successful Program Manager should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
* 5-10 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing
* Demonstrated success with scheduling, cost control, and project reviews
* Ability to review and interpret technical documents and specifications
* Strong customer‑facing communication and presentation skills
* Proven leadership in project‑based team environments
* Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities
* Familiarity with full product or software development lifecycles
* Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
