The Program Manager will:
Qualifications:
Strong program management experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or a related high-technology environment
Proven ability to manage customer-facing programs with exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and dat to drive business decisions and process improvements
Solid understanding of Copy Exact violation procedures and advanced knowledge of the company's policies, practices and procedures with the ability to work within parameters
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and build trusted partnerships
Ability to analyze and work cross-functionally on continuous improvement to reach goals
Knowledge of MRP, Oracle (Oracle Cloud, preferred) and Agile systems
Solid MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Desired Education, Certifications and Experience
5+ years customer program management, customer service or related work experience,
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent work experience, or any combination of education and relevant experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Work areas may include exposure to dust, noise and other manufacturing conditions
For candidates in CA: The pay range for this position is $78,900 - 134,100, exempt, per year.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
