Job Summary:

The entry-level Program Management Specialist will assist and support the company in overseeing Federal Government contracts.

Starting Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Assist Operations Department in daily operations and overall conduct of contracts
  • Learn federal contracting to help with maintaining all changes to the contracts that the company presides over
  • Format and edit handbooks and process manuals
  • Liaison with other company presidents and senior C-suite staff
  • Prepare reports and correspondence, coordinate meeting arrangements
  • Help draft and upload documents and requisitions
  • Compile meeting agendas and minutes as needed
  • Participate in special projects as required
  • Strong user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Format resumes to meet proposal and/or government requirements
  • Create and edit documents and processes
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience (preferred)
