Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing web development, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring quality and compliance.
In UI/UX, apply user-centered design, validate prototypes, and enhance digital experiences with accessibility and usability standards.
Provide ongoing support, manage stakeholder relationships, and address issues promptly.
Preferred experience in pharma/healthcare, with knowledge of industry regulations and workflows.
Qualifications include 5+ years of project management, web development expertise, UI/UX methodologies, strong communication skills, and industry experience; certifications like PMP or Agile are a plus.
