Responsible for overseeing all business and programming operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and budgetary guidelines.
Manages hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of Direct Support Professionals.
Attends meetings and prepares quarterly summaries for programs.
Participates in BQIS/FSSA surveys to maintain compliance and quality standards.
Acts as an advocate for individuals served and reports directly to the Area Director.
