Requirements / Qualifications
Under the direction of assigned administrator, plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and communicate school support program activities within the county and Career Technical and Alternative Education Programs. Provide leadership and expertise to support full implementation of the California standards in science (Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS)) and California standards in Mathematics in grades TK-12 with a focus on Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics (STEM) connections as well as career and college readiness.
Any combination equivalent to: Masters Degree in education or related field and two years successful administrative experience at a school, district, or county level including successful experience working with schools serving students from poverty backgrounds. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid Administrative Services Credential. Possession of a valid California Class C drivers license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.
