Requirements / Qualifications

Under the direction of an assigned administrator, plan, organize, and oversee the operations of assigned programs; assist with training needs, including equity and leadership development, in the county and region; provide leadership and direction to ensure sustainability of change initiatives; plan, organize, direct, and conduct trainings, and provide follow-through services.

Any combination equivalent to: Master's Degree in education or related field with a focus in leadership training and at least three years successful administrative experience at a school, district, or county level. Possession of a valid California Administrative Services Credential. Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.
