Box 207 Laguna, New Mexico 87026 (505) 552 -6008Opening Date: Closing Date: Position Title: Salary: Vacancy Ann.: #07-2026 March 30, 2026 Open Until Filled Program Director - Partners for Success/L-A Connections Per Salary Schedule DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Under general direction of the Superintendent, the Program Director administers Partners for Success and the Laguna Acoma Connections Program - the PFS (formally five separate programs - Higher Education, Adult Educati on, Johns on O'Malley , Employme nt Assistance a nd Workforce Investme nt Ac t) LAC (Vocationa l Rehabilitati on Project) a nd the PoL Direc t Educati on Scholarship. The PFS progra m provides employ ment and training service s for indi viduals living on or nea r Laguna service area. Highe r Education services are provide d only to Laguna enrolle d members . LAC (Vocationa l Rehabilitation) provides training, employment and related services, which result in employment of people with disabilities. The Direct Education Scholarship, is managed by the Program Director for the Pueblo of Laguna. The Program Director reports back to the Pueblo of Laguna Governor, Staff Officers and Tribal Council. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Vocational Education, public administration, social science or related field; Master's degree preferred. Four years of administration or management experience. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must also have a current and valid State of New Mexico driver's license, be insurable, and no DWI convictions within the past five (5) years. Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol and background clearance check.
