Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Are you excited about this Program Director job?
Will lead the daily operations of our opiate treatment program, directly supervise staff and driving exceptional performance across key areas such as operations, compliance, and customer service.
Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the professional development of staff while overseeing the delivery of top-notch treatment services.
Your role includes evaluating client progress, implementing company policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements, all while fostering a culture of comprehensive training and mentorship within the team.
Conduct vital leadership meetings and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer, resolving urgent issues with agility.
Additionally, you'll monitor program performance and maintain a seamless referral network, all while championing quality improvement initiatives and supporting outreach efforts.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon or certified counselor (CADC I, II, or III)
5 years' experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience
Or 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
