Our programs are staffed with qualified experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.Program Director - Adult Day HealthLocation Rainbow Park Adult Care CenterAddress 11403 Cronhill Dr Ste D-G Owings Mills MD 21117Schedule Monday-Friday | Day Shift | Full-TimeSalary 62000-65000 annuallyLanguage Russian-speaking candidates preferredAre you looking for meaningful work in an organization dedicated to improving the lives of others Join our collaborative team and bring your leadership and expertise to a workplace that puts people first.As the Program Director you will oversee the daily operations of an Adult Day Health Program and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical social nutritional and recreational services for participants.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan implement and evaluate program policies and procedures including assisting with the development of medical day center policies as needed.Establish short- and long-term program goals and manage fiscal administration.Build and maintain collaborative relationships to ensure members and their families receive appropriate support services.Oversee staff performance evaluations training orientation payroll and attendance.
