As aProgram Coordinator PC you will oversee the daily operations of anadult residential homesupporting individuals withAutism and developmental disabilities.Youllguide staff coordinate care and ensure a safe structured and positive home environment. This is aleadership roleideal forsomeoneexperienced organized and ready to take full ownership of program operations.
Your Role
Overseeday-to-day operations assigning tasks and guiding staff to ensure smooth site functioning. Provide direct care and supportwhen needed modeling best practices for the team. Manage all MAP-related responsibilities documentation safety procedures and site compliance. Coordinate shopping meal planning recreation activities and household needs. Maintain communicationwith upper management nursing and clinical teams. Serve as primary on-call supportexcept on the APCs assigned days.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED. Valid and current U.S. drivers licensewith1 year of licensed driving experiencerequired. MAP certification required. 2 years prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilitiesand implementingcrisis interventionphysical managementexperiencerequired. Prior supervisory experience required. Strong communication organization and decision-making skillsandability to lead a team prioritize needs and problem-solve in real time.
