Position Details
General Statement
The Program Coordinator II works directly with the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS). This position supports the mission of the College by providing technical, analytical and writing support related to college activities, recruitment, enrollment, and retention or other areas. This person will work collaboratively with eight departments, which include multiple degree programs and highly skilled faculty and staff. The Program Coordinator II will manage confidential and sensitive information, plan, schedule and prioritize to meet deadlines, and provide budget and organizational support for the Dean of CLASS. The Program Coordinator II will maintain and streamline procedures to support the College and its programs. The successful applicant will serve as a liaison between various internal and external constituencies and the Dean's office.
Duties and Responsibilities
