Location: District Service Center Hours/Day: 8 hours/day Days/Week: 5 days/week Months/Year: 12 months/year View Job Description for details Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities, Maintenance, Operations and Transportation or assigned administrator, performs complex administrative and specialized support duties for Facilities and Bond Programs. Coordinates administrative operations related to procurement, contracts, financial tracking, and governance activities to support the planning and delivery of facilities programs and capital projects.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education Associate degree or equivalent of sixty (60) semester units of college coursework in business administration, office administration, or related field. Additional responsible administrative experience may be substituted for all or part of the required education on a year-for-year basis. Experience Four (4) years of responsible administrative or complex clerical experience supporting program or departmental operations. Additional qualifying education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Experience in facilities, construction, procurement, or program administration is desirable. Physical Requirements Employees must be physically and mentally able to perform the essential duties of a position with or without reasonable accommodation and without hazard to themselves or others.
