Position Summary The Program Coordinator for Community Based Modeling will coordinate the design, management, facilitation and documentation of multiple projects under the direction of the Director of the Social System Design Lab. The Program Coordinator will split their time between implementing community-based research projects and coordinating ongoing knowledge management activities and operations activities of the Social System Design Lab.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative/operational oversight of assigned program/project.
  • Develops project/program goals, objectives and plans in collaboration with management.
  • Oversees implementation of project plan; monitors, tracks and evaluates progress.
  • Assists in development/management of department budget/finances.
  • May manage/oversee work of staff and/or student workers.
  • Conducts research, collects/analyzes data, and oversees data entry.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

  • Job Location/Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Ability to travel to various on- and off-campus locations.
  • Physical Effort: Typically sitting at a desk or table. Repetitive wrist, hand or finger movement.
  • Equipment: Office equipment.

Salary Range: $49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including ones qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
