(SPSCC) invites applications from highly motivated and qualified candidates for the position of Program Coordinator to support the Campus Safety department.
The Program Coordinator exercises independent judgment in interpreting and applying rules and regulations. Advises students, staff, program participants, and/or the public regarding program content, policies, procedures, and activities; select/recommends courses of action that help facilitate a safe and secure campus to assist in student retention and completion. The Security department concentrates on three core areas: public safety/service, crime prevention, and emergency response.

Process key request
Process lost key/card payments
Issue Child Care parents and employees access cards and process collection for payment
Maintain key/access requests,
Assign access levels to card users through an access request
Manage the campus quarterly lock & unlock schedule for daily building opening and closing through the S2 program.
Input changes to the unlocking/locking schedule through the S2 door control system.
Purchases, organizes, and maintains office supplies for the Campus Safety Department
Order uniforms and duty equipment as needed
CTR
Provide communication to the campus community about the CTR program
Manage annual CTR survey
Update and manage the Campus CTR web page

Your paycheck is just part of your total compensation package, with an employee benefits package worth about 30% of your salary.
VACATION AND SICK LEAVE
Annual leave includes vacation, 11 paid holidays, and 12 days of sick leave. Additional leave may fluctuate as a result of the WFSE union bargaining agreement
