Job Overview:
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to provide flexible operational support across our Customer Advocacy program. This role combines day-to-day program coordination with essential data management responsibilities, including file migrations, audits, and cleanup. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is equally adept at managing content workflows and ensuring the behind-the-scenes data hygiene that keeps advocacy programs running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and maintaining the customer advocate pipeline, including supporting 1:1 reference requests, tracking usage, and maintaining accurate customer attributes in the reference database.
- Coordinate workflows for customer success stories and other advocacy assets from initiation through publication, ensuring projects move forward across internal teams.
- Support speaker list management, outreach coordination, and logistics for events such as Dreamforce, World Tours, and other key engagements.
- Assist with the migration of advocacy-related files, records, and assets across platforms and systems, documenting workflows and addressing data quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits of the reference database and advocacy program records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program standards. Resolve duplicate, outdated, or missing records.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for program and data management activities.
Qualifications:- Basic proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous workflows, approvals, and event logistics across multiple stakeholders.
- Clear written communication skills for drafting customer-facing emails, internal updates, and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets or Excel for managing shared customer story inventory trackers.
- Comfort with data quality tasks, including auditing records, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining database integrity.
Teachable Skills:
- ReferenceEdge platform usage and reference program mechanics.
- Customer approval and FYI workflows.
- Event logistics coordination for advocacy-related events.
- Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation specific to advocacy programs.
Optional (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
- Basic understanding of PR or media relations processes.
- Familiarity with data/tech industry terminology, particularly in areas like MDM, AI, and data governance.

Pay Range: $25-27/hr on a W2 basis
