Position at a Glance
We are seeking an engaging individual to serve as a Program Associate. This position plays a key role in supporting the Youth Career Connections (YCC) program, an initiative aligned with the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future that helps students to explore careers, set goals, and access the resources they need to thrive. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Manager of Youth Career Connections, Career Coaches, and school based counseling teams to support program delivery, events, and student engagement. The Program Associate is an essential part of creating smooth operations, strong communications, and a positive experience for every participant.
