Program and Project Management - Analyst - Program / Project (Mid Level)

8am - 5pm Mon - Fri

To manage 2-5 (dependent upon complexity) new product development projects in a global aerospace engineering organization, working cross functionally to maintain project scope, cost and schedule.

Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and while monitoring and controlling the project's scope to prevent scope creep. This role makes decisions on project activities to balance scope, schedule, and cost while keeping in mind the strategic impact to the business and the company's priorities. Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, set deadlines to meet the master schedule, assign responsibilities and hold team members accountable, communicate with the customer and internal stakeholders, and monitor and control progress of projects.

Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant experience; Aerospace experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a large organization with multiple locations and cross functional teams.
