Apply expert knowledge of Department of Defense planning, programming, budgeting, and execution systems to facilitate long-range resource planning and program development for training.
Manage training team, staff actions, projects, and working groups to synchronize training initiatives across the DoD, Joint Force, and interagency stakeholders.
Monitor training concept development initiatives through all stages of conception, analysis and evaluation.
Advise director and staff on training strategies, development and participates in training concept development programs, conferences, and seminars.
Monitor release of information to ensure the training concepts development message is provided in a manner appropriate for the audience and purpose.
Execute high-level studies, assessments, and analyses of training effectiveness, utilizing research, evaluations, and war-gaming results to inform senior leader decisions.
