What you’ll do
Manage a portfolio of client programs, ensuring clients see success through high‑quality applicant experience.
Run the day‑to‑day administration of tuition assistance and tuition reimbursement programs from start to finish.
Coordinate timelines and tasks so clients and applicants stay on track, ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.
Review payroll files, ensure accuracy, and help identify the root cause of issues.
Use tools and data to monitor work, flag risks, and strengthen processes.
Help support system enhancements by documenting needs, testing changes, and validating results.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Three (3) or more years of experience working with education assistance programs
Three (3) or more years of experience in relationship management
Five (5) or more years of experience working in a service-driven environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leverage AI to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
Process & Workflow Management
Strong technical aptitude utilizing the company’s standard development platforms
Attention to detail across all aspects of the role
Fluency with Office 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt salaried position, and the expected regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT. Hours may be flexible and vary as needed.
