The Program Administrator will play a key role in supporting project and program management activities, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accountability for deliverables. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills to manage and deliver program objectives effectively.


Responsibilities


+ Records detailed meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of decisions and action items.

+ Distributes meeting summaries and tracks follow‑ups to ensure accountability and completion.

+ Tracks Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables to ensure timely submission and alignment with contract requirements.

+ Maintains organized records of deliverable schedules, updates, and submission status.

+ Prepares and submits deliverables to the contracts team for delivery to the Government in a timely and compliant manner.

+ Ensures compliance with contractual obligations, formats, and submission procedures.


Qualifications


+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, MS Projects.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ US citizenship required.

+ Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent experience preferred.
