Job Summary and QualificationsCoordinates efforts to achieve/maintain clinical program accreditation and improve clinical outcomes. Collects and analyzes clinical data, identifies trends, implements performance improvement initiatives, and develops educational programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. What you will do in this role:You will coordinate the concurrent collection, interpretation, analysis and reporting of clinical cardiovascular data to ensure compliance with accrediting body(is).You will identify and validate the accuracy of service line(s)' data collected. Analyze and compare results against regional and national benchmarks. Prepare reports and present findings to care team, councils and committees as appropriate. Complete audits as requested.You will assess clinical data trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop the implementation plan of performance improvement initiatives and identified best practices to address areas of need across the continuum of care.You will educate leaders, staff, and medical staff, and other stakeholders on accreditation process and requirements. What qualifications you will need: Bachelor's degree in health care related field required.Master's Degree or Clinical Nurse Leader Degree preferred.Three years' experience in healthcare field; data collection and analysis experienceCurrent Florida State Registered Nurse License.Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills, ability to multi-task, capable of daily problem-solving complex issues.
