Job Title:  Project Manager
Preferrable Locations: 5 days a week on site in Omaha, NE,  Alpharetta-GA
Duration: 12 months contract to hire

Job Descriptions:


The PM will be working on implementing Contact center as a service, help coordination of the project. Operational reediness , documentations. 
Ccaas environment (must have skill)

The project manager acts as the primary leader, ensuring progress remains uninterrupted and standards are upheld during times of transition.

The Direct Express Project Manager is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the integration of Direct Express into the Money Network. This role is critical to the organization s reputation, revenue, and operational performance, especially within the payments sector and federal benefit programs. Direct Express and CcaaS need dedicated support to ensure success of these high revenue and technology advancement projects. This resource will also support other AI and technology projects as needed.

JOB DETAILS:
Strategic Planning: Design and update project plans, guaranteeing alignment with organizational goals and U.S. Treasury requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide and unite technical, operational, and business teams for smooth project execution.
Risk Management: Detect and address threats to timelines, quality, and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal teams through clear, consistent communication.
Vendor Management: Supervise contracts and performance to meet the project s objectives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities meet federal rules and standards.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, uphold high service standards, and resolve issues proactively.
