Across the 7+ workstreams there will be governance for operational readiness
• Coordinate across 10+ business functions to come together to forecast readiness
and perform change control gate reviews before going live.
• Provide support to Program Director where needed
• Patiently guide the roles through a new way of preparing for program level
deliverables vs. one project at a time
• Support key leaders with significant impacts to gain clarity on the program activities
that influence operational readiness
