What You’ll Actually Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting across professional roles (engineering, IT, F&A, HR, admin)
• Partner directly with clients to break down vague hiring needs into executable search strategies
• Build and maintain high-value talent pipelines—not just fill reqs
• Source passive candidates using multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, referrals, events, direct targeting)
• Conduct real interviews—not resume walkthroughs—focused on capability, gaps, and motivators
• Manage the entire process: intake → sourcing → interview → offer → close
• Stay tight on metrics: time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, pipeline health
• Act as a market advisor to clients (comp, availability, skill trends)
• Support contract employees and ensure strong post-placement engagement

What You Bring

• 1-3 + years of recruiting experience (agency or high-volume/professional roles preferred)
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience recruiting in at least one: engineering, IT, finance/accounting, or corporate functions
• Strong ATS/CRM discipline and comfort with recruiting tools
• Ability to operate in a metrics-driven, performance environment
