Our guaranteed minimum is 15.00 per hour paid weekly after training. Our training pay is 14.00 per hour for the first 5-6 days of training. If you have a valid drivers license and can drive a company car and demonstrate leadership skills, YOU COULD EARN 17 to 24 PER HOUR.

Benefits & Pay
The guaranteed minimum pay for this job is 15 per hour. Your quality of work and your speed as a professional house cleaner will give you an opportunity to improve this rate. Direct deposit is available into a valid checking or savings account.
Earn paid time off of up to 6 days per year after your first year of service. After 3 years of service, earn up to 10 days per year of paid time off. 401k after one year of service.

• Clean customers homes according to Molly Maid standards - Follow our process and youll delight every customer. • Did we mention that you can earn tips too? • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner - Our team members love our customers and you will too. Make customers feel like you care about their home and youll win here. • If you become a Team Leader driving our vehicle, Manage the teams schedule and drive safely - The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team. • Maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies. • Manage the Day - You will be responsible for the quality of the work inside the homes and managing your partners.
