TEEZ Hair Studio is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, motivated Hair Stylist to join our team!

We are not looking for someone who knows everything—we're looking for someone who is excited to learn, grow, and become the best stylist they can be.
We are looking for a stylist who is passionate about the beauty industry, loves working with people, and has a strong desire to continue growing behind the chair. The ideal candidate is a team player, committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences, and understands that success comes from both technical skills and building lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Texas Cosmetology License required
- Minimum of 1 year behind-the-chair experience preferred
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Passion for customer service and creating an exceptional guest experience

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional haircutting, coloring, and styling services
- Provide thorough consultations and personalized recommendations
- Recommend retail products and home care solutions to support guest results
- Educate guests on add-on services and treatment options
- Maintain accurate service notes and guest records
- Participate in salon education and team meetings
- Follow all salon policies, procedures, and service standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
