| Must be a local candidate - required to work on-site 100% of the time Export Coordinator--Contractor Role Position Description: Facilitate sales and customer service of spare parts and lab supplies to international customers to ensure on-time delivery of accurate orders that are in compliance with all US Export and Foreign Government Import Regulations. Must have SAP experience Experience with exporting goods is highly desirable Accountabilities: • Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution to order inquiries and various questions or issues • Utilize SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information obtained from Procurement, vendors and other sources • Ensure all required export documents are complete and accurate, as well as, correctly and timely transmitted to appropriate parties • Work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse team and carriers to complete and schedule shipments according to delivery date requirements Skills: • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and SharePoint • Strong interpersonal and communications skills in both verbal and written format • Demonstrated problem solving capabilities • Ability to work accurately and independently in fast paced environment while meeting established metrics o 100% daily shipping deadlines o Initial customer response within 24 hours o One or less customer service related claim/month • Previous success as customer service, logistics or procurement operations associates are typically good candidates Specific Responsibilities Include: • Non-Standard Picks (all applicable countries) • Freight • Shipment Consolidation/Close/Completion • Tentative Pricing • Capability and adaptability to assume complete export responsibilities to enable seamless coverage by providing flow-to-the-work and back-up support o KTW to KTE Shipments o Sales Order Entry (all countries) o Quoting o Claim Resolution |
