Professional Engineer – Land DevelopmentDepartment: Civil/MunicipalLocation: Jacksonville, FL (flexible across Florida offices)About CPH: CPH is a multi‑disciplined Engineering and Architectural design firm that ranks in the nation's Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine.Location OptionsSanford, FLOrlando, FLTampa, FLJacksonville, FLOrange Park, FLTampa, FLLakeland, FLFt Myers, FLSarasota, FLResponsibilitiesAct as Engineer of Record for design, permitting and construction administration of projects.Prepare accurate presentations, design details and construction documents.Oversee project design team including engineers, designers, consultants and clients.Collaborate with firm engineers, architects, disciplines, project managers and business development teams.Research, interpret and implement relevant codes and client requirements.Develop, implement and utilize CPH and client standards and templates.Prepare specifications, review shop drawings and provide construction administration support as Engineer of Record.Travel periodically for business development, project management, site investigations and construction observation, including preparation or review of subsequent reports and exhibits.Assist with compiling construction plans from all disciplines and submitting to agencies having jurisdiction.Mentor project Engineers, Designers and Technicians.Review documents prepared by others and implement project quality control.RequirementsB.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering with a P.E.
