As a Products Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cole Walters - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market insurance products. Your professional knowledge of products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their options.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Meet or exceed sales quota set by agency. 
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Property and Casualty license required by first day of employment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
