Production Worker l 3rd shift

Location: Casa Grande
Schedule: 3rd Shift
Pay: 20.35

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Label and package products according to company and regulatory standards
  • Maintain documentation and records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Follow established procedures and safety guidelines, including cleanroom protocols if applicable
  • Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
  • Report any quality issues or discrepancies to supervisors

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous manufacturing, packaging, or cleanroom experience is a plus
  • Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

Additional Information:

  • Non-exempt position; overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week
  • Moderate supervision required
