We are currently hiring Production Workers in Harlingen, TX for multiple shifts. If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, assembly, warehouse, or packing experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work any available shift
