Job Title: Production Worker
Summary:
The Production Worker is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by performing a variety of tasks to assemble, package, inspect, and prepare products for shipment. This role ensures production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards while working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company guidelines.
Assemble, package, or label products according to production specifications.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following safety procedures at all times.
Load and unload materials, parts, or finished products.
Monitor production processes and make minor adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency.
Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.
Assist team members and supervisors in meeting daily production goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment a plus, but not required.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds regularly.
Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
Ability to work in varying temperatures or environments depending on production area.
Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts.
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
