- Ability to learn machine setup and operation.
- Ability to learn machine adjustments.
- Ability to learn blueprint and specification interpretation.
- Ability to learn product inspection using precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow established standard work under immediate supervision.
- Must meet US Person requirements.
Position Summary: Production Worker - 3rd Shift
- Learn and train in the basic understanding of machine-specific operations.
- Set up and operate a variety of machines to produce precision parts under immediate supervision of a certified operator.
- Follow established standard work practices and work toward certification within 120 days.
- Refer problems or deviations to experienced operators, Lead Technicians, Supervisors, or Engineers.
Responsibilities: Production Worker - 3rd Shift
- Learn to set up and operate machinery according to standard work.
- Learn to make machine adjustments.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Understand and follow quality testing techniques.
- Learn to inspect products using precision gauges, measuring instruments, and equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in manufacturing documentation and labor transactions.
- Support and follow EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement standards and guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement and safety-related activities.
- Work extended shifts and overtime as required by business needs.
- Work holiday hours when required by business needs.
