Looking for Production Supervisor, first and second shift available!
Join the team as a Production Warehouse Shift Lead and take charge of our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise a skilled workforce, manage inventory flow, and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure zero downtime. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent leadership skills, and a "full-service" approach to operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget requirements
Enforce all health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, employee development, and performance evaluations
Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
Monitor production metrics, track KPIs, and report performance data to management
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Additional Duties
Contribute to team initiatives that support departmental and organizational goals
Follow all company safety policies and report unsafe conditions or incidents
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisor or management role
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Forklift operation experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with inventory management
Work Environment
Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned, high-temperature environment
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the production floor
