Job Description :- Deliver on-the-job, skill-based, and classroom training within assembly and production environments under general supervision.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of new training programs and introduce improved manufacturing processes and sequences.
- Maintain training rosters, exam results, certification records, and monitor trainee progress.
- Ensure work is completed accurately, thoroughly, and in compliance with established procedures.
- Apply existing work methods to routine and recurring situations, escalating complex issues when required.
- Provide work guidance and lead direction to team members within assembly operations.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in assembly of digital and analog circuitry/devices and comprehensive product assembly techniques.
- Possess solid process knowledge and validated technical skills approved by Engineering, Production, or Quality teams.
- Exhibit excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Use standard hand tools required for assembling bio-instruments and bio-devices.
- Communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or Associates Degree.
- Preferably trained in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or experienced in manufacturing implantable medical devices or similar specialized products.
