Role: Production Trainer

We're looking for a Production Trainer to lead hands-on and classroom training for assembly teams in a medical device setting. What You'll Do- Deliver on-the-job and classroom training for production associates
- Develop and implement training programs and work instructions
- Track trainee progress, certifications, and performance
- Demonstrate assembly techniques and best practices
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with FDA, quality, and safety standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For- High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience in electronics assembly or medical device manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes and hand tools
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work overtime if needed
