Production Technician

Plant Operations Technician
We are hiring a Plant Operations Technician to support day-to-day production in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working with machinery, packaging product, and assisting with material handling. Candidates with CNC or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

• Package product into bags or containers per production requirements
• Stack and organize materials onto pallets
• Shrink wrap pallets for storage and transport
• Monitor equipment, gauges, and controls to ensure proper operation
• Assist with loading trucks as needed
• Perform routine clean-up to maintain a safe work environment
• Operate forklifts and other equipment when required

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Forklift experience is a plus

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
