Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Location: Mount Bethel, PA
Candidate must be open to working day or night shift
Hours per week: 40
Night Shift: 4 days on/4 days off (EST)
12-hour shifts with no rotating days and nights each 4-day rotation
Day Shift is a 2/3 schedule centered around having every other Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off - 12-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate assigned processes to meet daily quality, production, and productivity goals
Prioritize daily tasks in collaboration with Production Leads and Supervisors
Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environment
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Learning Resources
Complete annual personal goals for plant and personal development
Assemble and disassemble production equipment
Perform basic maintenance on equipment
Drive a culture of "Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time"
Issue safe work permits
Complete all assigned training
Cross-train peers on approved functions
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Must remain clean shaven for safety purposes
Ability to wear a full face tight-fitting respirator and a fully encapsulated (Level A) ER suit
Ability to medically pass a respiratory test and physical test
Fitness for duty, including the ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
Ability to work rotating shifts - days/nights, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated positive and safety-first attitude
Ability to obtain assistance when confronted with problem situations
Ability to learn technical chemical processes quickly
Effective interaction with others to achieve plant goals
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Technical troubleshooting skills to resolve process issues
Self-starter with the ability to perform under pressure and changing priorities
Participation in the company’s emergency response team
Preferred Skills:
Associates Degree in Applied Science in Processing Technology or related science
Minimum 2 years of experience in a process operations environment
Experience in chemical or hazardous material handling
Experience working on mechanical/electrical systems
Experience with Nuclear, Electronics, or Mechanical training
Understanding of analytical processes for chemical processing
Knowledge of root cause investigation process and methodology
