Job Title: Production Technician

Location: High Point, N.C.

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

Salary: $22.50 Hourly, depending on experience ($1.25 Shift Differential for 2'nd Shift & 3rd Shifts)

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

Background: Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen (No Exceptions)

Minimum Experience
  • We are seeking candidates with at least 1 years' experience in a plant or manufacturing environment. (Operators, Assembly Line, Production, etc)
  • Education: Must have a High School Diploma

Preferred Experience:
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will train on Forklift.
  • CHEMICALS EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS!

We offer:
  • Hourly starting wage rate of $22.50, depending on experience
  • Shift Differential of $1.25 for 2nd Shift and 3rd Shifts.
  • Candidates will need to either be clean-shaven or have very low facial hair, in order to be fitted for respirator.

  • Candidates will need to pass a Basic Math & Reading Comprehension assessment before being interviewed (No Exceptions)

The Production Technician will be required to perform a variety of duties such as:
  • Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend ingredients to make products by performing the following (but not limited to) duties.
  • Regulate machines, operate equipment and mix or blend ingredients according to formulation batch cards accurately to meet production and/or inventory levels.
  • Maintain highest level of quality at all times.
  • Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing.
  • Responsible to clean machine and workstation
