Production Tech Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday with potential overtime on Fridays

What You’ll Do as a Production Tech:
- Operate mechanical wire-forming equipment such as drilling, bending, pressing, chamfering, and cold heading to produce steel wire components.
- Follow job-specific routing cards, standard work instructions, and quality alerts to ensure accuracy.
- Load components into fixtures or automatic feeding devices and oversee machine operations.
- Inspect wire parts visually and with precision tools to confirm they meet specifications.
- Record production details, including piece counts and quality status, and report issues to your supervisor.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the production team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Skills & Education:
- Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Physical Requirements:
- Regularly stand, use hands, and reach with arms during tasks.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
